Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. For a full refund, items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price might be applied if conditions are not met. Sale items are not eligible for returns.
To return an item, please email a return request with your order number in the subject line to email@example.com. In your note please include the following:
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return
After you reach out to us, our customer service team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a shipping address. All returns must be approved and have a RMA number.
When preparing the return, please include the following:
- Original invoice
- RMA number and/or return approval email
- Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a shipping method that provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible for return shipments that aren't delivered to our warehouse.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refunds will be credited to the credit card you used in making the applicable purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the transaction to post.
- We do not offer exchanges.
